satisfied, we'll exchange your product for free or give you a full
refund. *We do not refund the original shipping charges unless the order
qualified for free ground shipping.
We'll pay for return shipping charges on damaged goods and the
replacement we send out. You will need to pay for shipping back to us if
you want an exchange or just don't want the product. You need to let us
know though so we can send you a shipping label. Get an RA# below.
After 60 days, WinterFix.Com will issue exchanges and refunds at it's
sole discretion.
All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#), which may be
obtained from our Returns Department. To ensure proper credit, please
include this RA# with your returned merchandise. The Returns Department
will tell you the most efficient means of return.
On international shipments, manufacturer defects or warranty issues must
be handled by the manufacturer. We do not pay for return shipping on
international orders and we will not pay for replacements sent out.
